First Consultation — Free

The first consultation is free of charge. This is where the facts of your matter, the stage of proceedings, and the urgency involved are reviewed in detail before any fee is discussed.

Consultations After That — ₹5,000 per Session

Once the case requires deeper review — reading FIR copies, case papers, prior orders, or drafting strategy — further consultations are charged at ₹5,000 per session. This continues until the scope of work is finalized, i.e., until both sides agree on exactly what representation is needed and what it will cost.

Engagement & Representation — Starting from ₹50,000

Formal engagement for representation (bail applications, trial defence, FIR quashing petitions, family court matters, and similar) typically starts from ₹50,000, varying by:

  • Court level — Sessions Court, Family Court, and Bombay High Court matters are priced differently
  • Stage of the case — early-stage bail work differs from an ongoing trial or an appeal
  • Complexity — number of hearings expected, volume of evidence, co-accused involved, and similar factors

An exact quote is given only after the free first consultation, once the scope of work is clear. There is no obligation to proceed after that first conversation.

Why Fees Aren’t Listed as a Fixed Price List

Legal work is not a fixed-price service — two cases under the same section of law can require very different amounts of court time and preparation. A single number on this page would either overstate simple matters or understate complex ones. The consultation process exists so you get a quote that actually reflects your case.
