Hadapsar Police Station at Gadital on Solapur Road has historically covered a wide area through chowkis at Hadapsar, Magarpatta, Tukai, Fursungi and Manjari. Because the area has grown, Pune City Police has created separate stations at Kalepadal (Mohammadwadi), Phursungi and Manjari. In December 2025 these stations were grouped with Mundhwa and Lonikalbhor into a new Zone VI. Wanowrie is covered by Wanawadi Police Station in Hadapsar Industrial Estate.

Cases from Hadapsar are not heard at Shivajinagar at the first stage. Remand and magistrate-level hearings for Hadapsar, Mundhwa and Wanowrie police stations take place at the Pune Cantonment Court. Since 27 June 2024 that court has functioned from Mahatma Phule Sanskrutik Bhavan in Wanowrie, a few kilometres from Hadapsar. The court for the newer stations should be confirmed for each case. Anticipatory bail and sessions-triable cases go to the Pune District & Sessions Court at Shivajinagar.
